Overview of changes in Sysprof 3.37.2

 * sysprof-capture no longer requires GLib and therefore the ABI has
   been bumped to 4. This allowed Sysprof to be used form GLib without
   circular dependencies
 * Various UI tweaks
 * Support for use as a subproject
