1. The plugin may give you a message that your email address as it is managed by Groupwise is different than your email address on your userid on your default key. It will suggest that you add the Groupwise email address to your default key. This message appears because Groupwise email addresses are often different from the internet addresses used by PGP. The addition to the default key allows PGP to auto search and select private keys for internal users.

2. In the decrypted message viewer, you may save the message or specific attachments to a file; this will decrypt the attachments selected for saving. You cannot save attached messages or document references (signified by a globe icon) to a file, but double-clicking on the the globe icon will open up the Groupwise view for to allow you to handle the attached message or document reference. You may also save the decrypted message as a new Groupwise message; this will decrypt all attachments as well.

3. You may right click on new and encrypted messages to access PGP features.

4. You may right click on selected text in a new message to encrypt just that text.

5. Document references may saved to disk, encrypted, and reattached before mailing. PGP will ask you if you want to do this; if you encrypt a document reference, it will lose its connection to the Groupwise document database.

6. PGP/MIME mail is not autodecrypted by the plugin. If the user opens the mail, he or she will see a blank screen (the sender should put something in the subject identifying the message as PGP encoded to avoid confusion). If the user hits the "Decrypt/Verify" button or menu item, the plugin will allow decryption of the attached messages to a file or to a new groupwise message. The encrypted message is usually stored in the "Part.001" attachment.
