Description: ACUA - User administration system for linux
ACUA is a software package designed to facilitate the administration
of user accounts and the enforcement of access restrictions on a Linux
  system.
  .
ACUA is most often used on systems that host modem pools such as
ISPs, BBSs, School Dial-Ups and Business Dial-Ups, however, ACUA
can also be used to limit how long users can be logged into a
terminal on your system, how much downloading/uploading they do,
and how much CPU they can use. ACUA will also keep track of the
amount of KB uploaded/downloaded via PPP or terminal connections
  for accountancy purposes.
