The contents of each subdirectory here are:

home: the file shadow.html, which is used as the home page for a SHADOW
analyzer; index.html a link to shadow.html and .htaccess an Apache
configuration file to provide access controls on the directory in
which the home page is located. See docs/Install.* for more details.

apache-conf: An example Apache configuration file httpd.conf, and a patch
to turn a Red Hat Linux 7.1, Apache-1.3.19 default httpd.conf
into a SHADOW specific one. See docs/Install.* for more details.

cgi-bin: The CGI (common gateway interface) perl scripts that are executed
by the httpd (Apache) daemon in response to clicks of the SHADOW
toolbox. See docs/Install.* for details about configuring these
         scripts.

icons: Icons used by the SHADOW specific web interface; probably the same as
the icons included in the Apache distribution itself.

images: Images used by the SHADOW specific web interface. Usually placed in
        the directory: /usr/local/SHADOW/production/httpd/images. See
        docs/Install.* for moredetails.
