Documentation for this package is in the file "cipe.info", to be read
with Emacs or the "info" program.

The newest version of CIPE is available on
    http://www.inka.de/~bigred/devel/cipe.html
 or ftp://ftp.inka.de/sites/bigred/cipe.html
(always just an index page).
In case you want a hardcopy printout of the manual, you can also get
the Texinfo source for the manual there.

The CIPE ethernet emulation code, IPX support and some of the features
in the ciped configuration file are the result of work under taken at
Plain Communications, New Zealand. This is illustrative of the
technical work that Plain Communications undertakes as an IP solutions
developer and ISP. We are contributing this to the CIPE project on the
basis that it will be released under the GPL. At Plain we believe that
people should have access to confidential communications as of right.
We thank the current producers of CIPE for such a good product and we
wish the project the best for the future.
